 Mr.
Wienand has over 10 years of experience in the security industry. He
has been a resident in Dubai for over 7 years. He has been responsible
for providing security threat and risk analysis, contingency planning
and close protection planning, he is also a Certified Close Protection
Officer. Mr. Wienand has provided design and construction
administration for government, public, private entities that encompass
telecommunication, security, CCTV and access control systems. He is
well versed in the trade and local authority issues impacting projects
and has specialized professional competence in security, access control
systems and close protection. Mr. Wienand has experience which includes
implementation, training and instruction of fire/evacuation response
plans including practical fire fighting. Mr Wienand is familiar with
NFPA fire codes including Life Safety Codes and how they are applied
locally in Dubai by DM and JAFZA
