Geri Kery
Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat
 Geri
Kery began working for the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat
in 1982 where she started in what was then referred to as the typing
pool. Over the years she has worked in every area of the
Council's activities, more than qualifying her for her current role as
Manager of Operations and member of the CTBUH Executive
Committee. Today, Geri is responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the Council including, but not limited to: direct
responsibility for the Council's finances; providing member services;
assisting with membership solicitation; overseeing the production and
sales of CTBUH publications; and planning and organizing the annual
awards dinner, as well as playing a major role in the planning and
organizing of CTBUH conferences and congresses.
Geri takes her non-profit experience one step further by serving on the
Board of Directors for a community theater company in her home town,
where she also enjoys performing musical theater and working in a
special theatre arts program for children and young adults with Down
syndrome.
