Reduced Speaker Rate Registration: Note only one contributing author per paper is entitled to the reduced speaker rate registration.

- The information will be reproduced in the list of participants and will be used for mailing.
- Please ensure that the information you provide in this form is correct.
- Hotel accommodation and availability of tours is limited so please return your form as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.
Important Information
- As soon as your registration form is received, an invoice will be issued on your behalf.
- A confirmation email as well as your participation number will be sent out after receipt of the invoiced registration fees.
- If the payment is made after the deadline the latest registration fee will be applicable and invoiced.
- If the payment is made just before the congress a proof of payment or a letter of guarantee will be required.
- A 5% increase on prices will be made for all payments made on the day of registration.
- If you cannot attend the congress we are happy to accept a substitute colleague at any time. If you have to cancel entirely we can offer you a refund of 50% (less applicable bank charges) provided that your cancellation is received in writing by 15th January 2008 . We regret that no refunds can be made after 15 January 2008 deadline. Any refunds will be made after the Congress.

Guaranteed Hotel Reservation: All nights of hotel accommodation should be made through the Congress Organizer and guaranteed by credit card
Please note that hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee and accompanying persons’ tours programme will require separate registration and payment.
Hotel Accommodation
Delegates are offered special rates for accommodation across a range of styles and quality of hotels.
These rates are only available by booking through the Congress Organiser, MCI Middle East. The rates quoted are per night on a per room basis regardless whether your preference is double or single.
The hotels require that all bookings be confirmed with MCI. Delegates are encouraged to book early to secure their first preference. By completing the details on the attached form your reservation will be processed by the appropriate hotel. Credit card details will be required to secure the room and the whole stay will be charged to guarantee the room. For no-shows your credit card will be charged of the whole stay. Delegates are required to settle the balance of their accounts directly with the hotel on departure.
